Yrkesgymnasiet Skellefteå is primarily seeking a licensed vocational teacher for the Automotive Program, but those with at least five years of industry experience are also welcome to apply.

More than half of the students' education time takes place in a workplace, providing them with a solid foundation and advantage in the job market. We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed teacher qualified to teach vocational courses in the Automotive Program or has at least five years of experience in the industry and a strong drive to teach and mentor students.
• Is an excellent communicator and team player who can act as a bridge between school, students, and industry.
• Has a valid driver's license and preferably access to a personal vehicle.
• Has the ability to work independently while also being team-oriented and collaborating with colleagues to best prepare students for their future careers.

Qualifications

A teaching degree or solid experience in the industry and a desire to inspire and develop the next generation of mechanics. A teaching license and pedagogical experience are desirable but not required.
